Originally purchased by Heartland Concept in 2019 from the long-time owners, this home had gone through years of pieced-together renovations but offered strong potential. The property was fully renovated from top to bottom, including all major systems and finishes, and was sold in 2020.

Just a few years later, the home returned to auction after falling into severe disrepair. Knowing the property, Heartland Concept chose to step back in. The home required a complete renovation once again, with every part of the house needing attention. Through a second full-scale renovation, the home was restored and brought back to life, resulting in a clean, functional space ready for a new chapter.

Today, the home is once again in the hands of a family who will care for it, reflecting Heartland Concept’s commitment to restoring properties and strengthening the community.
