The Goat Renovation

This commercial project was completed in collaboration with the City of Lafayette development office and MatchBOX Coworking Studio, focused on creating functional retail office spaces in the downtown area. Known as the Local GOAT, the project included refinishing the original travertine floors, dividing the interior into two separate units, and updating the exterior of the building. Through careful planning and execution, the space was transformed into a clean, modern environment that contributes to the continued growth and energy of downtown Lafayette.
